From booking through postpartum, my detail-oriented support will empower you and your family throughout your incredible journey to parenthood. I am fully dedicated to understanding your unique wishes and goals for a fulfilling labor and delivery experience. Before your due date, we will meet 2–3 times to build a compassionate relationship and ensure I am completely aligned with your vision. Together, we will create a birth plan that truly reflects what feels right for you. Our prenatal visits can include education on contraction management, breathing techniques, labor positions, and a variety of other coping strategies. If you have not taken a childbirth class, I am also happy to guide you through the basics to help you feel confident and prepared. As your due date approaches, we’ll meet one final time to make sure all bases are covered and to answer any remaining questions. *all meetings (duration, number of times met, and location) can be customized to best fit your personal needs. There is no time limit on my support. * I offer Medicaid covered birth support at no cost to you!
